Dying after Trying a Plant Based Diet?

In recent months I have heard some people making claims that after people try a plant based diet, they are dying!  Let's think about this.  Do we know the whole story?  How long did they try the plant based diet?  Did they give their bodies enough time to heal on it before giving up?  Recently I heard that Steve Jobs, founder of Apple, had tried a plant based diet before dying this year in 2011.  Many people are shocked and alarmed by this unfounded statistic, blaming the plant based diet for his death!  I am not alarmed by this because many people try different diets when they are diagnosed with various diseases, to help their bodies heal.  However, are they solely sticking to a plant based diet?  OR are they changing different diets, starting a plant based diet, and then adopting the next newest diet they have found?  Do your research!!

There are many hundreds of people healing themselves naturally on a plant-based diet, by making the proper modifications to their diet, and also incorporating exercise, fresh air, lots of sunlight, and fresh water, that promote our bodies to heal.  However, on the other hand, let's look at those studies being done by the cancer doctors and those on the medical side of things in our country.  There are statistics of people being in "remission" from their cancers and other diseases after going on chemotherapy and radiation, but are these patients being followed years later?  Many of the statistics that are presented, show a person who has a tumor that goes away, but what about years later when they are diagnosed with other forms of cancer showing up all over their bodies because chemotherapy and radiation actually CAUSE cancer, they don't cure it.  Sure, it might kill a tumor, but what good is a tumor that is gone if it kills the person in the process who is being treated?

I would like every person who thinks that they know a plant based diet is such a hoax, to give it a try for themselves.  Yes, I am challenging you to go on a plant based diet for SIX weeks! Make sure you get blood tests before and after.  Let your body and it's results be your proof of whether it is good for you or not.  You must eliminate all the processed foods, meats, dairy, caffeine and sugars from your diet to say that you are truly giving it a shot.  The reason you need six weeks is because you will feel terrible the first couple weeks while your body is detoxing from all of the deadly poisons you have been feeding it.  Most people give up after two weeks, saying "That diet and lifestyle made me feel horrible!!  I don't want anything to do with that ever again!"  But if you stick with it through the initial detox, you will feel what vibrant health feels like, and I believe you will never go back to the SAD diet (Standard American Diet) again.

Let yourself be the proof.  Don't let anyone tell you that they "tried" the program if they are secretly sneaking in some eggs for breakfast or drinking a glass of milk here and there.  There is no half way.  It is all or nothing.  Give it an honest try for six full weeks and I believe you will never go back to those poisonous foods that were killing you.  You will feel as great as I do and you will want to encourage others to do the same!

Blessings on your journey,
